#ad Creamy Caramelized Onion Shin Ramyun Toomba #ramyun #Recipe #DinnerIdeas Shin Ramyun Toomba was inspired by Toowomba pasta that went viral in South Korea. Funny enough, it wasn’t created in Australia but by an Australian outback themed restaurant in South Korea. Ingredients: Serves:2 Caramelized onion 1 Tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil 1 Tbsp of unsalted butter 1 large onion, thinly sliced The rest: 1 tbsp of olive oil 1 tbsp of gochujang or Korean chili paste 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 10 shrimps 1/4 cup of heavy cream 2 packs of Ramyun seasonings 1/4 cup of parsley, finely chopped 2 packs of Shin Ramyun Toomba To garnish: Chives Parmesan cheese Chili oil Steps: 1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and melt the butter in a pan. 2. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Stir every minute until it is caramelized. Set aside. 3. Cook the Shin Ramyun Toomba noodle in hot boiling water for 3 minutes. Set 1 cup of noodle water on the side. 4. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, gochujang, garlic and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp is 90% cooked. 5. Then, add heavy creamy followed by caramelized onions and stir to combine. 6. Add the noodles along with chopped parsley and give it a final mix. 7. Serve it in a bowl, grate more parmesan cheese, garnish with chives and chili oil. Enjoy!
