Explanation: blacl nails can be very tricky as you can’t see the quick (the part of the nail that bleeds) that is why you clip the nail in small 2mm increments. The bleeding part comes right after the black spot that is why you STOP when you see the small black dot in the centre of the white area ! This way you can cut the nails safely without causing pain … #dogs #learning #veterinarian #howto

These Amazing breeds are all suitable for first time owners as they generally have a great temperament, Are relatively easy to train and are not overtly aggressive or difficult to soscialize. It is worth noting that Dachshunds are prone to getting back problems, yorkies get terrible teeth and finally the Cavalier as an honourable mention. They are a lovely lovely breeds but unfortunately suffer with a genetic heart condition which is why They arent truly a part of my list . #dogbreeds #vet #goldenretriever #labrador #dachshund #poodle #cavalierkingcharles

Did you know ?? That when cats and dogs are sedated they cant close their eyes and they stop producing tears . This can cause damage to their eyes due to exposure, this is why we need to lubricate the eyes every 15 minutes . #cats #vet #vetlife #catowners
