Cook lasagna noodles according to packaging instructions and set aside. 2. In a pan, heat the reserved sardine oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and cook until softened. Season with dried basil and pepper. Add 555 Spanish Sardines and break apart the fish as you cook. 3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes to cook the raw flour taste out. Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps and cook until the sauce thickens. 4.
