Been renting for almost 20 years & never had a landlord quite like this one. WE'RE A FAMILY... NOT A BUSINESS TRANSACTION. I actually cried after we made this though cause we're gonna miss this little circle we lived on for the past 11 months. We LOVED our neighbors here. 🥺 But we're not going far & ready to make new friends just down the street! 🥰 Also, looking forward to driving by this house again every day for the next year & seeing it sit empty. But that's what happens when you rush out perfectly good tenants who never missed a payment. 😅 Lucky for us, cost of living & rent prices have continued to go down & I'm confident w/ the amount we will be saving on rent now, we will finally be able to be homeowners within the next year!! 🩷🌴☀️ #movingagain #landlordsfromhell #familyof5 #floridalife

Replying to @Amber Bee If this experience makes any one not want to rent to us again… trust me, WE DONT WANT YOU AS OUR LANDLORD EITHER. 6 months into our lease she asked if we would be willing to terminate the lease early so she could sell. We said yes & were willing to do that (even tho it’s not convienent for us to move during the school year) & then once we found a new rental she says we are still responsible for paying for the remainder of our lease because we never got any of that in writing. It’s BS. It’s wrong. & as tenants… we would NEVER treat another human with such lack of faith & disgust as she has done to us for months. Also, we have on video her saying we’ve never missed a rent payment. She requires us to pay through direct deposit & days early every month & we’ve NEVER even been late on a payment. Mind you this was just from ONE of the encounters w/ her & yes, any one who enters the home we pay for without knocking is absolutely being recorded for our own safety. #landlordsfromhell #moving

It’s been a week filled with sickness, packing & landlord BS 🤯 Trying to stay positive in knowing this isn’t a cross country move this time & soon we will be done w/ this woman. She also sent a plumber to the house w/ ZERO notice this week while the kids & I were home sick sleeping. But the fact that she stressed me out for the last half of our lease to move so she could sell the house & now is saying it wasn’t in writing so legally we have to pay for the remainder of our lease is insane. I started jumping off bridges when I was TWELVE 😅🙈 I would ride by bike to this trestle train bridge after school w/ my middle school friends & we would hang from it till our arms gave out & drop into the RIVER. 🤯 River water is so dangerous though. 🥺 Sometimes we'd jump too but hanging was more fun cause we knew we wouldn't have the strength to pull ourselves back up. Now would I allow my 12 yr old daughter to do that?? Absolutely not, haha but I lived in Wisconsin then & that's what we did for fun. 🤷‍♀️🧀 but Negril, Jamaica cliff jumping is calling my name!! 😍 Day 2 of moving is done & we just chucked it all into the U-Haul today. Is there any other options??? Maybe there’s something we haven’t tried?? I guess I’ve always been able to wash walls normally so this is a first for me. Thankfully, we didn’t really hang anything up on the walls here cause we knew it was temporary so we only have a couple holes to fill but mission get our security deposit back has begun ✔️👏 Thank you in advance for any advice or tips 🥺🩷
