Have you ever seen a cuter appetizer? 🥰🥄 You only need a puff pastry sheet to make super tasty and fancy spoons ⬇️ 👉INGREDIENTS 2 rolls of puff pastry 1 egg yolk 60ml of milk 250ml of milk 2 tbsp of flour 100g of sugar 70g of butter 👉METHOD 1. In a bowl mix together the egg yolk and the milk. 2. Cut out spoons from puff pastry. 3. Spread dough spoons with egg yolk. 4. Transfer to the baking pan onto the roll of foil. Bake at 190°C (370°F) for 15 minutes. 5. In a small saucepan, mix together milk, flour and sugar, cook on low heat until thickened. Add butter and mix well. 6. Decorate spoons with the cream and strawberries. Looks how it puffs! 😍 This NAAN bread will turn out super soft, fluffy, and perfect to be served with your favorite ingredients 😋 Check out the recipe: 👉INGREDIENTS 520g (4 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour 260g (1 cup) of yogurt 5g of fresh yeast 120ml (1/2 cup) of water 9g (1/2 tbsp) of salt Olive oil for brushing Parsley 👉METHOD 1. In a bowl add the flour, yogurt, yeast, water, and salt and mix with a spatula. When the dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain smooth and compact dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 3 hours, or until is double in volume. 2. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and split it into 8 equal pieces. 3. Roll out the each piece and form the balls. Transfer them to the tray covered with parchment paper. Cover with a cloth and let them rise for 30 minutes. 4. After 30 minutes take one of the balls and roll it out with the rolling pin. 5. Heat a non-stick pan and cook the naan bread on one side for about 3 minutes. When bubbles start to appear on the surface, turn it over and cook for about 3 minutes. 6. Brush the naan bread with the olive oil and sprinkle with the parsley.
