Holy shit. I just had one of the scariest experiences of my wheelchair using life. I took the CTA blue line train from downtown Chicago to O'Hare airport just to discover that the only elevator going from the platform up to the terminal was out of service. But before I could panic and start trying to figure out what I was going to do, two amazing station workers came over to me and told me we were going to get this done. By getting this done, it meant they were going to haul me onto a moving escalator in my wheelchair. This is how it went. #WheelchairLife #WheelchairUser #WheelchairTravel #OHareAirport #ChicagoOHare
