UPDATED GLUTE ROUTINE 💗 WORKOUT DETAILS ⬇️ (This is what works for me💗 remember everyone is different 😙) •Kickbacks- 3 sets till failure + increase weight each set. •Step-ups- 3 sets till failure keep same weight. •RDL’s/ Kettle Bell Squats - 3 sets till failure then go straight into RDL’s. •Back Extension (Glute Focused) - 3 sets till failure + body weight sets. •Hips Abductors - 3 sets till failure, increase weight with each set + and pulses.
