Might be one of my favorite DIYs to date! 😮💨 I saw this concept around and once I finished building my outdoor table, I knew this would be perfect for lining the fence! The dividers in the filing cabinets can be tricky to get out but the rest was so easy! 10/10 recommend this DIY project of using filing cabinets for planters! 🙌 Would you try this?? #filingcabinetplanter #plantsoftiktok #plants #plantlife #outdoorliving #backyardmakeover #creatorsearchinsights home renovation diy project home design inspo redecorating my home renovation project interior design inspo decor styles backyard makeover patio outdoor furniture couch porch

Make sure to do these things👇🏼 1️⃣ Be meticulous. The small details like straight cut lines, no air bubbles and clean caulk lines is what is gonna sell the real stone look! 2️⃣ Spend time on the seams. Of course trying to get pieces big enough to not have seams is ideal, but if not, read the instructions on if overlapping might line up the pattern better. 3️⃣ Do LOTS of coats of poly. If the countertop isn’t durable, it won’t look like real stone, so go to town on extra layers of poly, especially on the corners & seams! 4️⃣ Use a heat gun or blow dryer. This worked SO WELL and made it much more sticky and pliable on folds and edges! 5️⃣ Follow me @deannadunn for more DIYs and to see how the cabinets turn out! 🫶 thank you for being here on this little corner of the internet ☺️ How do you think it turned out?! #countertopepoxy #countertop #contactpaper #diyproject #kitchenreno house interior design renovation project home makeover ideas
TW: pregnancy loss 💔 The grief of losing your babies The grief of not having kids in your prime The grief of not being able to surprise your loved ones The grief of feeling like your body is failing you Over the last few years, I’ve been building DIYs online, but behind the scenes, we’ve been struggling to build a family together. After the first heartbreaking loss, my doctors said that it’s very common. So I just thought, “Ok, this unfortunately happens but next time will be different.” Then, each time after that, we thought it could be from one specific reasons or another. Like my body didn’t have enough time in between, or I needed to take progesterone, or then, I needed to take it earlier. Once we ran out of possible reasons, we took some time off and regrouped. I started reading books that didn’t only focus on my reproductive system, but how your overall health affects it all. And while I was active and ate a balanced diet, the complex systems in our bodies need more than that. So that’s when I started taking specific supplements and focusing on balancing my hormones. And while I could write an entire post on just these details and how there is so much more information out there now, the great thing is, is that I’ve seen so many positive changes in my body and my test results. So while we’re still on this journey to know if all these changes will result in a healthy, full term pregnancy, I want to let you know that if you’ve been affected by the difficulty of creating life, that you’re not alone. You’re not alone in your pain. You’re not alone in the unanswered questions. You’re not alone in your hope for the future. And while it might be a long, painful road to get there, I’m believing for good news ahead for us all 🫶 Love you, Deanna #pregnancylossawarenessmonth
