If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that last year I opened up about having PCOS and how hard it was dealing with fertility struggles. Honestly, I wasnt sure if I could get pregnant without some kind of help. I was starting to come to terms with the idea of that, and I was mentally preparing myself for that journey. Then out of nowhere, I found out I was pregnant, a dream come true. What followed turned out to be one of the hardest years of my life. I was unwell for a lot of the pregnancy, constantly sick and so much more. There were days I felt completely overwhelmed - but subhan’Allah, every moment led me to her. Holding her in my arms feels like a prayer answered in the most beautiful way. I’m so grateful that Allah chose me to be her mother. She is my miracle. She’s everything I ever prayed for and more. My reminder that even in the deepest uncertainty, Allah’s plan is always greater than we can imagine.
