30G protein for breakfast, no eggs ( • ᴗ - ) ✧ This is one of my hacks to get vegan protein in—it’s funky but such an easy and quick way to get it in. Perfect for post gym and takes 10 min or so! Slice high protein tofu (I use 2 servings for ~30g protein), press in a waffle iron after seasoning and greasing. You can also marinate the tofu if you want to play with flavours. Finish it off in the air fryer if you want it even crispier!
