TRUST ME I’ve tried everything in my power to lose the weight my health conditions brought me. 5 years of back&forth - going to different people, working out for hrs everyday, spending so much on different diet programs & medical methods but still nothing worked for me 😞 I had a hard time receiving all the bodyshaming to tell you the truth. He helped re-train the way that I ate and became the friendliest accountability buddy to me, my ate & my sister-in-law 🧸 His diet program will teach you discipline - is sustainable, will not make you feel weak, is gentle while giving true results 🥰 He is so confident in what he does and I remember him telling me what to expect before starting at hindi parin ako makapaniwala na ito na ang progress namin together.
