A D | Did you expect China to be cheap or expensive? 🇨🇳 Shanghai is China’s MOST expensive city ans I was honestly surprised how affordable everything was when we arrived. You could catch a metro train from one end of Shanghai to the other for under $1 usd. Food was easily under $5 per person, sometimes even less. Taxis and Didi cars are so affordable. Visiting the top Shanghai attractions were reasonably priced. Accommodation had us shook because 4-5 star hotels are so affordable compared to other countries. Is it worth it for 7 people? 🚝🇯🇵 The Spacia X runs between Asakusa Tokyo and Nikko - Kinugawa Onsen in Tochigi Prefecture. This is the newest model of the Spacia trains by Tobu Railways and it is one HECK of an experience to travel in luxury like this. Nikko, in our opinion, is one of the best day trips from Tokyo and only 2 hours away. Is this possible in your country? 😯🇰🇷 Walked past a street vendor in Busan, South Korea, and got drawn in by the smell of fresh hotteoks being made. When I pulled out my wallet to pay, I noticed that the shop’s cash register was just a tray with wads of cash stacked up inside, sitting on the counter closer to the customers in queue than the actual workers 🙀 Anyways, I know this wouldn’t fly in many countries but that’s enough of an indication to me that Korea is safe!
