As a mom of a kiddo with some support needs this is the kind of experience we dread could happen. I know they are still in preview mode and learning these new roles it after the manager came out and lectured us and clearly was making things all our fault it was just amazing to see Hiccup be everything and more for my son! They did give us a secret password to say so we could skip the line and go right in!
